Meet Sundown

South Texas Roots

Sundown started the way most good things do — over a few cold ones and a shared frustration.

Countless days in South Texas quail fields and on the bow of skiffs. And one recurring problem: outdoor gear that couldn't keep up. Shirts that felt like cardboard by noon. Fabrics that trapped heat instead of shedding it. Nothing that looked right at the dock, in the field, and later with your crew.

So we built what we wanted to wear.

Trey Able, Buddy Saragusa, Greg Zuanich, and Santi Recio, the co-founders of Sundown, come from different backgrounds but share the same mindset: if you're going to spend time outdoors, do it right. And if the gear doesn't exist, make it.

Purpose-Built for the Field and Water

Sundown isn't trying to be everything to everyone. We're not making gear for social media posts or trailhead posing. We're making gear for guys who actually use it. Whether that's walking a South Texas sendero at first light, working a flat for redfish, or fixing fence before the sun gets brutal.

Sure, you can wear our shirts to the office or out on the town. But they're designed for one environment above all: outdoors. Where sun, wind, water, and wear put gear to the test every single day.

What we're built on

Camaraderie
The best days aren't solo. They're with your people. Your dog. Your kid learning to cast. The crew you've been hunting and fishing with for twenty years. Gear is just gear, but the moments it enables are the ones we cherish.

Dependability
When you're miles offshore or deep in the brush, your gear can't quit on you. We build shirts that work, that last,
and that you can count on season after season.

Comfort
If it doesn't feel good, you won't wear it. Simple as that. We obsess over fit, fabric, and function so you don't have to think about what you're wearing. You just wear it.

A Sense of Place
Sundown is rooted in South Texas: the dust, the heat, the senderos and salt flats that shaped us. But this isn't just a Texas brand. It's for anyone who finds themselves between the field and the water, anywhere the sun rises and sets over wild country.

Sundown Supply Co.

Our tagline isn't just words on a shirt. It's how we try to live every day. "Chase the Sun" means making the most of every day from first light in the field to last light on the water. It means being present with the people who matter.

And when the sun finally sets, it means gathering around the fire with your crew, reliving the day, and soaking in the moment before you do it all over again tomorrow.

That's Sundown.
